Complaints

If something about my work or how I've handled a situation doesn't sit right with you, I'd really like to hear about it first. I take all feedback seriously and will do my best to work things out with you.

If we're unable to resolve things between us, you have the right to take your complaint to an independent body. As a member of the Nederlands Instituut van Psychologen (NIP), I am registered with the Centraal Bureau Klachtenmanagement in de Zorg (CBKZ) under the Wkkgz complaints scheme.
