English Speaking Psychologist in Maastricht
For many internationals living in the Netherlands, speaking about deeply personal experiences in a language that doesn't feel natural can make therapy more difficult. Whether you've recently moved to Maastricht, are studying at university, working in an international environment, or have lived here for years, being able to express yourself freely in English can make an important difference.
At Mosa Psychologie, I provide evidence-based therapy in English for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and other emotional challenges. My goal is to offer a warm, collaborative, and confidential space where you feel comfortable exploring your experiences and working towards meaningful change.

About Me
I'm a NIP-registered psychologist and psychology lecturer based in Maastricht, offering English therapy.
Working with people from different cultural backgrounds has shown me that emotional difficulties are often intertwined with the experience of living abroad. Relocating to another country, adapting to a different culture, navigating relationships across borders, and building a sense of belonging can all influence mental wellbeing.
My approach is collaborative, warm, and grounded in evidence-based psychological practice (CBT). Together, we'll work to understand the patterns behind your difficulties and help you move towards lasting and meaningful change.
Taking the first step
Reaching out for support can feel intimidating, especially if you've never been to therapy before. Your first session is simply an opportunity to talk about what's been happening, ask questions, and explore whether working together feels like the right fit. If you're an international student looking for therapy in Maastricht or online in the Netherlands, I'd be happy to hear from you.
